Include your platform (iOS / Android / web), app version if you know it, and what you were doing when something went wrong.
Purchases
Cosmetic ships are unlocked through Apple or Google. If an unlock is missing after reinstall, open the app and use Options → Restore Purchases.
For billing disputes, use the platform’s refund flow (App Store / Play) as well as emailing us.
Leaderboard
Call signs are moderated. To report an abusive name, email us with the name and roughly when you saw it.
